ITP ULTRAPERM® Standard Breathable Roofing Membrane
ITP ULTRAPERM® Standard is a high-performance breathable roofing membrane designed for use in warm and cold pitched roof constructions, as well as timber frame wall applications. Manufactured as a composite membrane with a microporous film laminated between two functional non-woven layers, it delivers excellent water vapour permeability while providing outstanding protection against wind-driven rain and external moisture. Fully compliant with BS 5534, ULTRAPERM® Standard helps reduce the risk of interstitial condensation while maintaining the long-term performance of the building envelope.
Offering the highest W1 watertightness classification and an Sd value of just 0.02m, ULTRAPERM® Standard combines excellent breathability with reliable weather protection. The membrane is BBA Certified, fire rated Class E and manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system, making it a trusted choice for residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the UK.
