How to Use Sylmasta Rapid 5 Minute Epoxy

1. Surface Preparation – Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and oil. Light abrasion improves bond strength.
2. Mixing –
   • Syringe: Snap off the nozzle tip, remove the cap, and extrude the required amount.
   • Cartridge: Use with an applicator gun (sold separately).
   • Mix the two components for 30 seconds until uniform.
3. Application – Apply to one surface, press or clamp the parts together.
4. Curing Time –
   • Sets in 3-5 minutes at 20°C
   • Handling time: 30 minutes
   • Full cure: 24 hours
