RIW Cementflex Flexible Cementitious Waterproof Coating
RIW Cementflex is a premium two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproof coating designed to provide flexible, long-lasting waterproof protection to concrete, masonry and steel structures. Its advanced elastomeric formulation bridges cracks, accommodates structural movement and creates a seamless waterproof barrier capable of resisting both positive and negative water pressure up to 100 metres head of water. Ideal for basements, cellars, retaining walls and below-ground structures, Cementflex delivers durable waterproofing even on damp substrates.
The two-part system combines a cement-based powder with a modified styrene acrylic polymer to produce a highly flexible coating that bonds permanently to the substrate. Suitable for brush, trowel or spray application, Cementflex provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, carbon dioxide diffusion and permanent water immersion, making it ideal for structural waterproofing and concrete protection applications.
