Sika MonoTop®-4012 High-Performance R4 Concrete Repair Mortar 25kg
Sika MonoTop®-4012 is a premium one-component, fibre-reinforced, polymer-modified Class R4 concrete repair mortar designed for structural and non-structural concrete repairs. Formulated with sulphate-resistant cement and recycled raw materials, it delivers exceptional strength, durability and low shrinkage, making it ideal for repairing reinforced concrete structures in commercial, industrial, marine and civil engineering environments.
Suitable for both hand and wet spray application, Sika MonoTop®-4012 can be applied in layers from 6mm to 120mm and offers outstanding adhesion without requiring a bonding primer on properly prepared substrates. Its low permeability, excellent resistance to sulphates, seawater and chloride penetration, together with WRAS approval for contact with drinking water, make it an excellent solution for bridges, tunnels, car parks, water treatment facilities, marine structures and reinforced concrete repairs.
