SikaProof® A-08 Pre-Applied Waterproofing Membrane

SikaProof® A-08 is a high-performance pre-applied FPO waterproofing membrane designed to provide fully bonded waterproof protection for reinforced concrete structures below ground. The membrane features an embossed flexible polyolefin (FPO) sheet laminated to a unique sealant layer and non-woven fleece backing, creating a permanent mechanical bond with freshly poured concrete to prevent water tracking between the membrane and the structure.

Installed before reinforcement and concrete placement, SikaProof A-08 delivers reliable Type A barrier protection for basements, foundations, retaining walls, lift pits, tunnels and other below-ground structures. Cold applied without heat or naked flames, it includes integrated self-adhesive overlap strips for fast installation while providing excellent crack-bridging performance, high durability and resistance to aggressive groundwater. It also provides resistance against methane, carbon dioxide and radon when installed as part of the approved waterproofing system.
