Soudaseal 250XF is a high modulus hybrid polymer sealant and adhesive developed for demanding bonding and sealing applications requiring exceptional bond strength, fast strength build-up and long-term flexibility. Its advanced formulation delivers outstanding adhesion to a wide range of materials, including damp surfaces, making it suitable for both construction and industrial applications.
Designed with enhanced mechanical properties, Soudaseal 250XF combines high initial tack with excellent final bond strength. The formulation resists bubble formation in high temperatures and humid conditions, ensuring reliable performance where conventional adhesives may struggle.
UV resistant and weatherproof, the cured adhesive remains permanently elastic while offering the durability required for applications subject to vibration and movement. The sealant is also paintable with water-based paints and contains an XS1 fungicide for sanitary applications.
