Structural Window Frame Foam for Airtightness & Thermal Performance
Soudatherm SFI 600P is a specialist polyurethane foam designed to bond, fill and strengthen the cavity between glazing units and window frames. Developed for structural frame insulation applications, it improves airtightness, thermal performance and mechanical stability in aluminium, PVCu, timber and composite window systems.
The low-expansion formulation delivers controlled application while helping to enhance acoustic insulation and improve window Uf-values. Compatible with most insulating glass unit (IGU) secondary sealants, Soudatherm SFI 600P is widely used in window manufacturing, installation and refurbishment projects where energy efficiency and long-term performance are critical.
Applied using specialist gun systems, the foam provides fast curing, excellent adhesion and easy processing should glazing units require future removal or replacement.
