Superfast Concrete Epoxy Putty Stick

Superfast Concrete Epoxy Putty Stick is an easy-to-use epoxy putty in stick format which is used as a filler in restoration applications and for making quick repairs to concrete and masonry.

When cured, Superfast Concrete turns to a grey colour with an appearance and texture similar to concrete. It can be used for high-strength bonding of concrete to concrete, enabling the repair of ornaments, statues or headstone which have broken or cracked apart. It also bonds concrete to wood, metals, glass and many plastics.

Superfast Concrete can be used to fill in cracks and gaps in paths, steps and railings. It repairs tiles, floors and headstones. It can be used to seal tie-rod holes, for anchoring fastenings into concrete and is suitable for interior or exterior use.

It is resistant to water, chemicals and temperature extremes and is quick working, hardening within 5 to 10 minutes.

How to use Superfast Concrete Epoxy Putty Stick for concrete filler repair and restoration

Superfast Concrete comes in a pre-formatted 114g stick which is 22mm diameter x 175mm long. To use, you simply cut off the required amount of putty from the stick and knead it by hand.

Whilst soft, the putty is shaped and used as required. For filler applications, it is pushed into holes and cracks where it will cure to fill the damage area. For bonding, you apply the putty and use it to attach the pieces requiring repair together.

Superfast Concrete has a work time of approximately 4 minutes. Within 5-10 minutes, it will harden and form a cohesive bond. Once cured, it can be tapped, drilled, sawed, filed and painted.

It contains no solvents or VOC’s, it is non-flammable and releases no noxious fumes. It will not shrink or pull away and the unused portion of Concrete Stick stays fresh for future use when saved in its original package.
