Stretchable Pure Polyurea Membrane – High-Expansion Waterproofing & Coating

The Stretchable Pure Polyurea Membrane is a hot-spray-applied, ultra-flexible waterproofing solution designed for structural elements subject to high expansion and movement. With an elongation capacity of over 600%, this membrane provides exceptional flexibility, seamless adhesion, and superior waterproofing, making it ideal for metal roofs, civil structures, and high-movement surfaces.

Composed of Tecnocoat P-2049-EL/A (isocyanates) and Tecnocoat P-2049-EL/B (amines), this two-component system is applied using specialized spray equipment, forming a fully adhered, joint-free, and watertight protective layer.

Application Method

This hot spray-applied polyurea requires specialized spray equipment for uniform application. A minimum thickness of 1.5mm is recommended for optimal performance.
