Highly Expandable Pure Polyurea Membrane – Waterproofing & Thermal Insulation

The Highly Expandable Pure Polyurea Membrane is a hot-spray-applied, high-performance waterproofing solution with built-in thermal insulation properties. This innovative membrane expands between 5 and 7 times its original volume, creating a seamless, watertight, and fully adhered protective barrier.

Composed of Tecnocoat P-2049-EX/A (isocyanates) and Tecnocoat P-2049-EX/B (amines), the system is applied using specialized spray equipment to ensure superior coverage, durability, and energy efficiency.

Application Method

This hot spray-applied polyurea requires specialized spray equipment for even distribution and optimal adhesion. A minimum thickness of ±10mm (±2 kg/m² consumption) is recommended for best performance.
