Description
Thor Helical Remedial W60 is a high-performance shrink compensated cementitious grout, which rapidly develops compressive strength. The cement/polymer blend grout is supplied in a sealed tamper-proof 6 Litre mixing bucket. Within the bucket are powered mortar and a liquid formulation, which are mixed on-site with a drill powered mixing paddle, to a smooth consistency.
The thixotropic mortar can be applied by gun or pump into apertures, or by trowel onto surfaces to bond masonry and steel components.

- Tensile Strength at 20°C at 7 days is 3.5N/mm²
- Tensile Strength at 20°C at 28 days is 5.0N/mm²
- Flexural Strength at 20°C at 7 days is 7.5N/mm²
- Flexural Strength at 20°C at 28 days is 12.0N/mm²
- Compressive modulus at 20°C at 7 days is 13.0MN.mm²
- Compressive modulus at 20°C at 28 days is 13.5MN.mm²
- Maximum particle size is approximately 1mm
- Can be applied by gun, pump or trowel
- Shrink compensated
