ULTRATOP – Aliphatic Polyurethane Protective Coating
ULTRATOP is a single-component, aliphatic polyurethane protective coating specifically formulated to coat and protect ULTRAFLEX® BBA-certified aromatic polyurethane liquid membranes. Designed for roof applications and exposed surfaces, it forms a flexible, continuous and glossy protective layer with excellent mechanical performance.
With high resistance to UV radiation, temperature extremes, abrasion and mechanical stress, ULTRATOP helps extend the service life of ULTRAFLEX waterproofing systems while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

Application Guidelines
- Surface condition: substrate must be dry and free from moisture caused by capillary action or wicking.
- Temperature requirements: substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point and ambient temperature at least 8°C.

Application methods:
- Brush or roller for standard applications.
- Airless spray (nozzle 0.007–0.011”, pressure 180–200 kg/cm²).
- May be diluted with pure xylene (up to 5%) for airless spraying.
Performance & Coverage
- Typical yield: ±150 g/m² per coat.
- Tack-free time (23°C): ±25 minutes.
- Recoat time (23°C): 1–48 hours.
- Coverage per drum: approximately 30 m².
