Winkler ONE Flooring is a high-performance, single-component coloured liquid waterproofing membrane specifically engineered for extreme conditions and high-traffic floors. Designed to provide durable, drive-over protection and UV-resistant waterproofing, it is ideal for surfaces exposed to intense wear, frequent vehicle traffic, and challenging moisture conditions.

📌 Ideal Applications:

• Warehouses, garage floors, and car parks

• Industrial floors exposed to vibration, traffic, or chemical spill

• Balconies, decks, and flat roofs

• Green concrete (≥ 7 days cured at 15°C minimum)

• Ceramic tiles, fibre-cement boards, asphalt, and more

• Areas exposed to moisture, thermal stress, or movement

🛠 Application Method:

• Apply using brush, flat trowel, roller, or airless spray (e.g. Graco KING XL 70)

• 2 coats required – 80% of total consumption in the first coat, 20% in the second

• Recommended Consumption:

  • Without reinforcement: 1.7 – 1.9 kg/m²

  • With ONE MAT: 1.8 – 1.9 kg/m²

• Use spiked roller on the first coat for optimal air release

• Reinforce with ONE MAT on movement-prone substrates

• Seal joints with polyurethane before application

• Compatible primers for specific conditions:

  • ONE PRIMER – oil-contaminated surfaces

  • TECHNOASFALT – asphalt applications

  • PRE-ONE mortar / UNIBAR systems – substrate repair
