Overview
The Wykamol CM3 Cavity Drain Mesh Membrane is a high-performance HDPE waterproofing membrane designed for Type C cavity drain waterproofing systems.
Its 3mm stud profile creates a drainage cavity between the structure and the internal finish, allowing moisture to drain safely to a drainage system while preventing damp ingress.
The membrane is commonly used in basement waterproofing, structural waterproofing and damp-proofing projects, helping achieve a Grade 3 dry environment in accordance with BS 8102:2009 and NHBC Chapter 5.4.
The integrated mesh surface allows direct plaster application, speeding up installation and reducing preparation work.
