Wykamol CM8 Cavity Drain Mesh Membrane – Advanced Waterproofing Solution

The Wykamol CM8 Mesh Membrane is an 8mm studded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane with a tough mesh lathing welded to the front. Designed for direct application of plaster finishes, adhesive dabs, and plasterboards, it delivers a Grade 3 or 4 dry environment in compliance with BS8102:2009 and NHBC Chapter 5.4 standards.

Applications

The CM8 Mesh Membrane is ideal for waterproofing in basements and below-ground structures, providing Type C drained protection in accordance with BS8102:2009. This system creates a dry, habitable space suitable for residential and commercial use.

In basements, CM8 Mesh must be used with a sump and pump system, unless passive drainage is available.
A full range of accessories, including pumped drainage systems and mechanical ventilation units, ensures a reliable and long-lasting waterproofing solution.
