Installation Guide:

1. Cut the Mortar Joint – Use a disc cutter to cut at least 500mm beyond the crack.
2. Clean & Flush the Slot – Remove debris and thoroughly flush with water.
3. Determine Vertical Spacing – Position reinforcement every 4-6 brick courses (300mm – 450mm apart).
4. Set Depth of Slot:
   • Single cavity wall: 25mm depth
   • Solid wall: 45mm depth
5. Inject Super Grout – Use the Helix Grout Injection Gun to apply grout to the back of the slot.
6. Insert the Bar – Push the Helix Super Spiro Bar into the grout, ensuring full embedment.
7. Fill & Finish – Add more Super Grout, leaving 10-15mm from the face, then repoint the mortar bed.
8. Reinforce Corners & Openings – If cracks are within 500mm of an external corner, the bar should be bent around the corner and bonded into the return wall for added stability.
