MAPEFLEX PU40 is a high-performance, paintable polyurethane sealant with a low modulus of elasticity, formulated to accommodate joint movement up to 25%. Ideal for sealing expansion joints, control joints, and cracks in both interior and exterior surfaces, it provides long-lasting flexibility and strong adhesion to most construction materials.
