Parquet cordon adhesive
SMX®-15P is a high strength SMX-polymer based universal parquet adhesive. Free of solvent and water. Suitable for bonding engineered board by means of beads onto suitable indoor substrates. Can be used with or without sound dampening membrane.

Instructions
- Apply the adhesive with the special gun and triangular nozzle (10mm high and 8mm wide) in a continuous bead onto the surface at right angles with the parquet planks with a distance of: · 10cm for planks with a width between 70mm and 130mm and a thickness of maximum 15mm. · 7cm for planks with a width between 130mm and 180mm and a thickness exceeding 15mm. Slide the parquet into the adhesive layer at right angles with the adhesive cordons and tap into place or tamp down with a rubber hammer.
Applications
- Suitable for indoor bonding of engineered boards and ready to use parquet with tongue and groove of 15-18mm thickness and up to 180mm wide.
- Bonding of contact sound reducing parquet in conjunction with sound dampening membrane
- Direct bonding onto all types of egalized surfaces such as creed, metal sheets, subfloors, tiles, etc.
- SMX-15P is also suitable for the bonding of decorative elements made from timber or metals.
