Description
Thermaguard™ TIC 180 is a ceramic filled acrylic Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC) system. Provides a seamless insulating coating layer, which gives personnel protection according to ISO 13732-1. High build capabilities up to 1000µm DFT, Low VOC & high weathering resistant. Replacement of traditional systems for personal protection and insulation requirements. Thermaguard™ TIC 180 forms a monolithic structure and thus prevents corrosion causing factors.
- Waterbased, single component, self-cross-linking acrylic polymer
- Temperature resistance from -20 to 180℃
- Ceramic filled Insulation coating with low thermal conductivity (λ)
- Application up to 1000 microns DFT
- Low VOC, high solids
- Anti-corrosion insulation & CUI mitigation coating system
- SafeTouch™ & personnel protection properties according to ISO 13732-1
