Triseal is a solvent free, two part epoxy resin coating, typically used as a surface damp proof membrane and a water vapour suppressant. Ideal for use beneath raised access floors, in plant rooms and bunded areas. It is also suitable for application on damp surfaces, such as sand/cement and cement floors subject to rising damp or containing residual construction moisture. Triseal can be used as a general purpose coating for surfaces subject to foot and light wheeled traffic. Triseal can be applied using a brush or medium pile roller onto sound, clean surfaces.

Underground Car Park Upgrade

Triton Systems supplied waterproofing systems specified by waterproofing design specialists, Ink Technical Services, for the upgrade to a below ground car park in North London.

Liquid Applied Waterproofing for Data Centre

Tri-Seal, Triton’s liquid applied damproofing and waterproofing system, was specified as a guaranteed method of waterproofing to protect the servers in two major new data centres.

The servers will be located at ground floor level within the converted facilities. A total of 19,500m2 of Tri-Seal has been applied over the concrete floor slabs constructed at first floor level.
