CLEARCOAT is a high-performance, transparent aliphatic polyurethane resin that forms a continuous, uniform, and elastic waterproof membrane. It is 100% UV-resistant, ensuring long-lasting strength and durability while preserving the original aesthetics of the surface. Designed for walkable waterproofing applications, CLEARCOAT is ideal for roofs, terraces, balconies, and architectural features.

Application & Coverage:

✔ Waterproofing Membrane Application:

• Surface Preparation: Clean thoroughly (remove dust, grease, moss, lichen, loose gravel, etc.). Treat cracks as needed.
• No primer required.
• Apply two coats at 0.5 kg/m² per coat.
• Recoat time: 2–6 hours, depending on weather conditions.

✔ Finishing Application:

• Apply a light coat over the ULTRAFLEX® non-slip system after it has dried.

Packaging & Storage:

✔ Available in: 5kg and 20kg metal tins.
✔ Shelf Life: 12 months (stored in a dry place at 5–35°C).
