CLEARCOAT is a high-performance, transparent aliphatic polyurethane waterproofing resin that forms a continuous, uniform, and elastic membrane. Being 100% UV-resistant, it delivers long-term durability without yellowing or degradation, while preserving the original appearance of the substrate.
Designed for walkable waterproofing applications, CLEARCOAT provides invisible protection for roofs, terraces, balconies, and architectural details where aesthetics are critical.

Application & Coverage
- Surface Preparation: Clean thoroughly, removing dust, grease, moss, lichen, loose material, and contaminants. Repair cracks as required.
- No Primer Required in standard applications.
- Application: Apply two coats at 0.5 kg/m² per coat.
- Recoat Time: Approximately 2–6 hours, depending on weather conditions.
For non-slip finishes, apply a light coat over the ULTRAFLEX® non-slip system once fully cured.
Packaging & Storage
- Available Sizes: 5kg and 20kg metal tins
- Shelf Life: 12 months when stored dry at 5–35°C
