ARBOFLEX® PU Sealant – High-Performance Polyurethane Mastic for Joints & Trim Sealing

ARBOFLEX® PU Sealant is a one-part polyurethane-based mastic specially developed for use with the ARBOFLEX waterproofing system. It cures upon exposure to moisture vapour to form a tough, flexible seal that ensures long-lasting, weather-resistant performance.

Perfect for sealing board joints, edge trims, floor joints, and expansion gaps, this sealant delivers strong adhesion to most construction materials, including concrete, brickwork, and metal—though it is not suitable for use on natural stone.

🛠 Joint Preparation & Use:

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, and contamination-free

• Degrease with appropriate Arbo Cleaner

• Use joint filler (e.g., closed-cell foam) where required

• Primers may be necessary for some substrates—consult technical guidance

📏 Joint Size Recommendations:

• Width: Min 6mm / Max 25mm (single application)

• Depth:

  • Min 10mm on porous substrates

  • Min 6mm on non-porous substrates

  • Max 20mm depth
