ARBOFLEX® PU Sealant – High-Performance Polyurethane Mastic for Joints & Trim Sealing
ARBOFLEX® PU Sealant is a one-part, moisture-curing polyurethane mastic developed for use alongside the ARBOFLEX liquid waterproofing system. It cures on exposure to moisture vapour to form a tough, flexible, weather-resistant seal—ideal for waterproof detailing where movement and long-term durability are essential.
Designed for sealing board joints, edge trims, floor joints and expansion gaps, it offers strong adhesion to many common construction materials including concrete, brickwork and metal. (Not suitable for use on natural stone.)

Joint Preparation & Use
- Prepare: ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from contamination.
- Degrease: use a suitable cleaner where required before sealing.
- Backer: use joint filler (e.g., closed-cell foam) where needed to control depth.
- Primer: some substrates may require priming—follow technical guidance for the surface type.

- Joint width: min 6mm / max 25mm (single application)
- Joint depth: min 10mm on porous substrates; min 6mm on non-porous substrates; max 20mm
