Ceramic Brushable Blue is a ceramic-filled, abrasion-resistant epoxy coating designed to protect and seal surfaces from wear, corrosion, and chemical attack. Applied by brush, it sets to an ultra-smooth, glass-like finish, reducing damage caused by abrasion, cavitation, erosion, and pitting on metals, wood, and plastics.

How to Apply Ceramic Brushable Blue

Surface Preparation – Remove paint, rust, and grime, then roughen with grit blasting or grinding.

Mixing – Pour the hardener into the resin container and mix thoroughly.

Application –

Brush on 0.5-1.0mm thick layers for full coverage.
- Apply at least two coats for a pinhole-free finish.

Recoat time: 4-8 hours.

Full cure: 24 hours at 22°C.

For Wear Indicator Coating – Apply a Ceramic Brushable Green basecoat, followed by a Ceramic Brushable Blue topcoat. When the basecoat begins to show, apply another layer for continued protection.
