How to Apply Ceramic Brushable Green

Surface Preparation – Remove paint, rust, and grime, then roughen with grit blasting or grinding.

Mixing – Pour the hardener into the resin container and mix thoroughly.

Application –

Brush on 0.5-1.0mm thick layers for full coverage.

Apply at least two coats for a pinhole-free finish.

Recoat time: 4-8 hours.

Full cure: 24 hours at 22°C.

For Wear Indicator Coating – Apply a Ceramic Brushable Blue basecoat, followed by a Ceramic Brushable Green topcoat. When the basecoat begins to show, apply another layer for continued protection.
