How to Apply Liquid Metal Epoxy

Surface Preparation – Remove paint, rust, and grime, then roughen the surface using grit blasting or grinding.

Mixing – Pour the hardener into the resin container and mix until fully blended.

Application –

Brush onto surfaces in 0.5-1.0mm thick layers.
- Apply at least two coats for a pinhole-free protective layer.

Recoat time: 5-8 hours.

Full cure: 24 hours after the final coat.
