The Newton DampSafe 603 Tile D-Mat is a high-performance 3mm decoupling mat designed to isolate tiled surfaces from substrate movement and cracking. Its dimpled structure relieves compressive stress, while the fleece backing ensures strong adhesive bonding between the substrate and the tiled floor.
The mat also functions as an effective vapour barrier, ventilating the substrate below to equalise vapour pressure, making it an ideal choice for damp or moisture-sensitive floor applications.

Quick & Simple Installation
1️⃣ Prepare – Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from debris.
2️⃣ Apply Adhesive – Use an appropriate adhesive for secure bonding to the substrate.
3️⃣ Lay the Mat – Roll out the DampSafe 603 Tile D-Mat, pressing firmly into the adhesive.
4️⃣ Seal Joints – If using as a full vapour barrier, seal all joints with adhesive or tape.
