How to Use Sylmasta E190 Brushable Epoxy

1. Surface Preparation – Remove paint, rust, and grime, then roughen with grit blasting or grinding.
2. Mixing – Combine the two parts at the specified ratio and stir for up to 5 minutes until uniform.
3. Application – Brush onto the repair area, then wrap Fibreglass Tape over the epoxy and apply another layer.
4. Layering Process – Repeat with alternating layers of epoxy and Fibreglass Tape until the repair is complete.
5. Final Curing –
   • Work Time: 30 minutes
   • Hard Dry: 16 hours
   • Full Cure: 24 hours (dependent on thickness & temperature)

💡 For confined spaces or tank repairs, strips of Fibreglass Tape can be pressed into the epoxy rather than wrapped around the pipe.
