How to Apply WearShield

1. Surface Preparation – Clean the surface of paint, rust, and grime, then roughen it with grit blasting or grinding.
2. Mixing – Combine Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) in a 2:1 ratio until uniform in color.
3. Application – Spread the epoxy paste with a putty knife, ensuring firm contact to avoid air pockets. Build up to a minimum thickness of 6mm.
4. Curing Time –
   • Recoat Time: 4 hours
   • Functional Cure: 8-12 hours
   • Full Cure: 24 hours
