How to Apply WearShield
- Surface Preparation – Clean the surface of paint, rust, and grime, then roughen it with grit blasting or grinding.
- Mixing – Combine Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) in a 2:1 ratio until uniform in color.
- Application – Spread the epoxy paste with a putty knife, ensuring firm contact to avoid air pockets. Build up to a minimum thickness of 6mm.
